Gary HavardI purchased a shared hosting package, domain names, and an SSL certificate. Everything is functioning properly. I transferred from a different hosting service to MWEB and content because their website is easier to navigate. My inbox is no longer inundated with ads also their support team available for 24/7 eager to help you out . Additionally, their prices are transparent, and it's possible to view the cost for a particular domain for the second year. They don't charge any hidden fees. However, the only disadvantage is that their website occasionally runs slowly, requiring me to refresh the page. It can be frustrating when completing administrative duties related to domains.Imran NomaniIn general, I am satisfied with both the service and assistance provided. Despite a few instances of my small website going down, this issue ceased after switching to cloud flare nameservers. The upside is that the technical support team is genuinely helpful and resourceful in finding solutions, without pushing unnecessary upgrades. However, the downside is the long wait time of up to an hour for support via chat. Support is solely available through email or chat. The speed is a nightmare, expect server shutdown during use. I would not mark it as reliable as their server is not user stable. Internet solutions (which is a nightmare to deal with) bought the company a few years back and not surprisingly their hosting & support have gone downhill too. Servers goes down often, speeds are slow as I am sure they still make use of standard HDD’s on their servers & their support is almost non existing. If you are serious about your site look elsewhere, there are better options out there.Anthony WalkerIt feels to me like Mweb lost it's way after it was bought by Internet Solutions. Even there home page looks plain and boring. With so many other options available who clearly are more motivated to win your business, keep your business and keep you happy, why would you go with Mweb? A site that tracks industry complaints in South Africa ranks them as number 23 with a trust rating of 1.7/10 and there are loads of complaints. When I had an account with them, speeds were not great and I found their customer service slow and not very knowledgeable.
