Alfredo BarreraEverything is fine until something goes wrong...More than 36 hours without giving a clear answer, without solving anything, without offering an alternative to avoid leaving emails, systems and websites offline for so many hours, terrible quality of customer service, they only come out with answers "we try hard", "we strive" and one has to wait blindly until the path will be illuminated for them and they can completely resolve their problems. I changed hosting before due to price, due to slowness in services, but I had never done so due to such terrible technical support.
