Berroney Campbell Jr.while mediatemple can be a really good host its not on the cheap side at all there is much more cheaper, but their reliable more than a lot of the others. very fast speed and perfect uptime haven't had a website go down, i guess if you want good service you have to pay good moneyAaron FernandesI have used Media Temple's hosting services on-and-off over the years and I would say the biggest plus about them is their user interface which to me is extremely clear and makes deploying applications and more extremely easy even for a layperson. Their pricing isn't competitive however in the Shared hosting space however I think you definitely get what you pay for with MT. Their support is very tech-savvy and know what they are doing in my experience. Overall I'd definitely recommend MT; I've rarely encountered timeouts as well when using MT.Radoslav ChakarovMediaTemple has always been reliable for us, but the price is just too much.MT has a very unique take on shared hosting and their package sure beats many niche competitors. I mean, come on.You can find great managed VPS servers in the $10-$20 range which will give much more computing power and flexibility to expand. The biggest issue being the lack of uptime. I have had a few of my sites down for hours at time. MT has a variety of plans but my experience with them is Managed VPS and managed WordPress plans. In both categories server performance has always been top tier. Fast page-load time, near-perfect uptime, and a very knowledgable support team makes MT an outstanding option.There is one minor downside to MediaTemple. First, while the support team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, support ticket responses can sometimes be a bit slow. I would say in fairness that most tickets are answered within a few hours. But I have had some tickets take as much as 24 hours for a reply.All in all, MediaTemple is a great value and a trustworthy provider. Personally, I find their managed VPS a tad pricey for my tastes, but their Managed WordPress is one of the best!Jasir JunaidWhen it comes to reliability then mediatemple is always best.
