First impression

The homepage contains all of the necessary information: plan descriptions and prices, links to additional information and ‘Quick access’ menu that allows you to access the portal, order page etc.

Shared hosting packages are quite cheap, starting from $2.79/mo. If you purchase a package for one year, you can get a nice discount. Please note that you can add only one domain name to your Shared hosting account. If you own several websites, you can try ‘Multi-hosting’. Depending on the package, you can add from 4 to 16 domains.

Also, the company offers VPS servers. The price-quality ratio is quite good. All of the server characteristics are indicated in the plan descriptions.

Trial period - 7 days

Trial period is available only for Shared hosting packages. To order it, you need to register an account and purchase the desired hosting package. No specific limits or restrictions are applied for the package during the trial period.

Registration process - not quick

To register an account, you need to create a password and fill in the contact details: first and last name, postal address, email address and phone number. Also, note that your IP address will be tracked by the company. Way too much information to merely register a hosting account.

Control panel

cPanel is available for Shared and Multi-hosting packages. It’s one of the most comfortable and user-friendly control panels.

The homepage contains the account information and resource usage statistics as well as the ‘User account manager’. All other features can be found using the search bar. cPanel, DirectAdmin or ISPmanager are available for VPS servers. Also, you can install any other control panel on your own.

Security

Shared hosting. You can enable Hotlink and Leech protection as well as block IP addresses in the control panel. As for hosting security, the company provides ClamAV antivirus, Immunify (a very efficient malware scanner) and a web application firewall that can mitigate some basic DDoS attacks.

The company does not provide any additional DDoS protection. Backups are created automatically every day and stored within 7 days. Also, once in 10-15 days another backup is created and stored on a remote server. These kinds of copies are stored for 60 days.

VPS servers. Security maintenance is under your own responsibility. Backups are created once a week.

Limits

The number of domain names and databases are limited for Shared hosting packages: you can add one domain name and one database. Multi-hosting has similar limits: from 4 to 16 domain name and databases can be added. The maximum RAM capacity is 968 Mb per php-script. Its maximum execution time is not strictly limited. It is possible to send up to 100 emails per hour. This limit cannot be increased, however, you are welcome to use third-party email services.

VPS server have standard CPU core, RAM, bandwidth and disk space limits. They can be found in the plans descriptions.

Support

The company provides chat and ticket support. The representatives are quick, accurate and very friendly. In general, the support level is more than satisfying.
