Jack MorrisseyAt starting, I3D’s customer service was fast and helpful with all the issues, but after 2 months their customer service had changed for the worse. Online chat required 50 minutes to request a refund when cancelled services were automatically billed. Customer service staff was not able to resolve the issue but instead had to submit a ticket.When I contacted technical support staff, the information given was incorrect and inconsistent with the next customer service representative. I left them and will not purchase servers from them at any cost.
