JamesWe use Enix LTD for our email hosting.Have had nothing but issues with their services since we joined them several years ago. We're regularly logged out of our email accounts for no reason, emails often take a long time to come though (or don't come through at all if using a tablet/ phone) and their is no 2FA!Their customer service is shocking and if often takes hours to get a hold of someone as their phone lines don't work. When you do eventually get a hold of someone they make excuses as to why the services/ products they offer don't work properly.Stay well clear of this company as the products/ services they offer are not worth the stress.Jack BellPainful host to work with, experienced a blacklisted IP which the only real solution for was for me to pay extra for a dedicated IP, i then wanted autossl and had to be moved to a server which supported it. Which is ridiculous, autossl is part of cpanel and has been for a long while, how dated are there systems that they only have some servers that support it? All their staff were great but they are being let down by their infrastructure and management.Tom LeachVery unhelpful support staff. Their plans are simple and straightforward that you won't need an expert to translate these jargons for you. Their help support documents are the best there is. Plus, customer support is superb!What I don't like is that the price is a bit higher than other hosting companies. Those who don't know the reputation of this company would best go for cheaper options. I also don't like that when you're site experiences downtime, you need to request credit.
