Alex HalesI switched from my previous server provider due to frequent website downtime. While setting up an account for a friend, I discovered Cybersmart and after researching and speaking to them, I decided to move over. Their pricing is reasonable, even for a three-year term, which provides me with some reassurance. Although I encountered some email issues, they were always available to assist. It has now been a year since I started using their service, and I am satisfied with it. I would recommend Cybersmart to anyone in search of a new hosting provider.Gary HavardI highly appreciated the honesty of the customer service provided by Cybersmart and was successful in transferring both of my domains to their website. However, I encountered difficulties when transferring my second domain. Despite several attempts, the EPP code could not be detected, and even my host's initial effort to enter the code failed. Frustrated, I was almost ready to give up, but I decided to send a third email with additional details. Eventually, the second attempt was successful. Although I plan to continue using Cybersmart for a significant period, I hope to avoid similar problems in the futureImran NomaniThe past 1.5 years, I have used Cybersmart.I easily uploaded a website I had made on my local computer to the Cybersmart platform.They also offer an FTP option that enables editing, removing, and adding new files.The fact that they only allow one website to be hosted for free is the sole drawback.I've had a good overall experience with Cybersmart, and I'd suggest giving it a shot.Atwan NomaniAlthough I enjoyed the performance, it was not optimized well, and the limitations of "bandwidth" were not communicated, causing me to have to pay to reset it. Additionally, the server repeatedly became locked and required me to manually unlock it multiple times due to it shutting off during processes and their support team not responding to your queries on time.Anthony WalkerIn 2018 they were rated the best ISP in South Africa. Their founder still runs the show which is allways a good sign. I do find some of their systems (like billing) to have a little too much home grown feel to them and not all the info and functionality one has come to expect from an ISP. Technicaly their services operate well, hosting uses standard shared cPanel accounts and works well. I have not tried their cloud hosting, but overall one of the better choices in SA.
