Chris BrownThe Support team is really very cooperative & active 24/7. However, I have faced an issue with their billing system once I was charged twice for my recurring hosting amount. It took me a lot of time to reverse the charged amount.Apart from this, the uptime is impressive, and my site never goes down. Server lacks some technical specifications such as PHP was not updated and I was unable to install some of the scripts. Overall I would rate the 9/10
