The support was prompt and helpful, there was no downtime, and the cpanel I used to access and install apps also turned out to be a solid choice. Price wise, I wouldn't say they are great value for money. WordPress optimised hosting is $7/mo and is basically standard shared hosting with a couple of WordPress optimised features included.They also only offer weekly backups, which is a poor offering in today's feature packed market.In terms of speed, reliability, and support - average, I don't hate it but no real WOW factor included. Cirrushostings’s Professional Tech Team handle the problem and they spent hardly 1 hour to get my server backup and running into time. Their WordPress managed plans are really good and they provide excellent server speed. If you do correct settings and set up a CDN with a cache system you can get a +90% GT Metrix score. The good thing about them is they provide free SSL with a free domain and email with your plan. Recommending only for WordPress based websites and not suitable for cloud hosting or dedicated servers.ThanksJonathan EmmanuelCirrus Hosting has many good things, like being part of a serious digital service corporation: Endurance. That's important because, that's why at least you can be sure that you can trust your data on a serious organization and not in a ghost entity that can just disappear in the internet with your data or worst still with your depending customer's data.But I must say that in the last months they have changed some customer care methods that are very harmful for customers.1. Using pseudo artificial intelligence like dummy bots who respond the chats automatically and don't understand what customer needs.2. Assigning a team of operators via chat and phone with very limited power, so they have to ask admins, who can delay for weeks or in case even over a month to respond. Worst still, in some cases this dummy operators, under the guise of Covid19 respond from their homes and even they are very smart operators who act like admins, they also are operators who respond absurd explanations making customer lose time and having a wrong explanation of what really happens (tech issues).
