Francisco Panis KasekerGood support, good datacenter (outsourced data center called Equinix) and high prices. I have already met the Centralserver infrastructure and support teams personally (Curitiba/PR/Brazil). The current cloud solution is VMWare. They have a lot of interns and this is one of my concerns, if they can provide a good level one and two support. They also have a lot of undergraduate students coworkers there. Usually they offer Azure and AWS solutions instead of their own solutions, which is very weird for me. In the past I used traditional host solutions and I had problems with old softwares versions and limited bandwidth. They not sell this kind of solution anymore. When I tried, they did not offered to me a way to test their own VMWare solution. Their site is hosted on Amazon (why not in Equinix as their VMware cloud solution?). Today they seems to be a cloud reseller with high support cost. I never had good experience with custome care and old hosting solutions, so I will not recommend them. Also I prefer get support directly with Amazon, for example, who have credentials to do more than only access my server through SSH. I am not saying they are a scam company or something like that, but I am not see any advantage to pay their high prices.Juarez WeissOne of the best hosting companies in Brazil regarding professionalism and reliability.Back in Brazil we had need to upgrade our cloud solution for a VmWare specific cloud company, and after some research we found Central Server.One of the low sides is their price, since it's not cheap. If you want to pay for quality, you'll have to put your money in your pocket.
