Initially, our resource was hosted at another hoster, whose stability did not suit us. After the transfer to the inferno, the load time of pages decreased by 35%, for 10 months there was not a single downtime, and the attendancy went up from the Search System. But most of all I was wondered by tech support, after the old hoster, where the answer to the ticket was made at the best in 2-3 hours - answers of the TS at the inferno 5-15 minutes! Yes, I did not believe it myself, until I tried it.) The prices are not too high by the way, considering that this is XEN without overselling.
Summary - perhaps one of the best VPS hosters on the market.

I switched to VPS from Inferno in the middle of March, the quality of service is 100%, they answer any ticket within 5 minutes, and sometimes even less, even for questions for they might not or should not have to answer. Prices are also good, the ratio of price to quality is excellent! Now I recommend them to all my acquaintances.

I really recommend this host.
If you want your sites to work - choose INFERNO! The price may be a little high for some people, but quality services and friendly support is worth it. Yes, it was FRIENDLY. Sometimes, I ask a question that I'm ashamed to ask, and I think they will give me a hard time, but nope. They explain everything, and they are even nice about it.:) It's nice to know that they are normal people behind the screen.
They are willing to work with me sometimes when I need to delay payment. That means when I can pay, I will. The main thing is that my site will always work. And to meet with a client this way is one of the more positive, respectful qualities of the hoster. They take the risk that I simply can't pay and I'm lying to them. I have a lot of respect for them for taking this risk.
I give the price policy a 4, because it would be nice to have a lower price point for beginners :) Not everyone will be able to pay, say, $10 per month.

Guys are good guys... they help with advice, and if I'm stupid and don't understand how to do it - they do everything themselves, and check for viruses, and all this is FREE! At the moment, I think this is the most serious and best company! I would definitely recommend! Someone who worked with my sites quit, so they helped me sort everything out - THANK YOU TO THE COMPANY AND SEPARATE THANKS TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT!!!

An excellent provider. We rent from a pair of VPS servers from them. Support is competent, and they solve problems quickly. Transitions between price plans or transfer of a server's copy to a new one happens without problems. In general, I'm satisfied. New server launches are very fast. Prices are decent.

I've been using the VPS from Inferno for more than 6 months, the Linux VPS plan is the Medium (DE) price plan. I give support a 5, the ticket is usually answered in 5-10 minutes, like the previous reviewer mentioned. If any technical problems occur on the site, they always give us information as it happens and when if possible, when the issue will be resolved! Overall, I am totally satisfied.

I use this server to test various services for end customers. The minimum cost of $10 saved me from the need to maintain personal test sites. The ability to rent a server for short periods in any part of the world allowed me to demonstrate to the customers the serviceability of the offered services in various environments and different geographical locations.

It's the best hoster I've ever worked with.
I've been with them over a year, and for this whole time, the site only broke a couple of times and just for a short period. And, it wasn't even the hoster's fault. Support is excellent beyond words. They always help with everything, in any situation, and fast. That's the best way I can briefly describe it. The constant site availability, high speed, and the confidence in support - what else can you want? )
