If you are creating a Company business account and are accepting this Agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so and have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms «Company» shall refer to such entity and you as the individual acting on behalf of the Company. 

By using this Website or the Services, you represent and warrant that the execution of this Terms of Use by the Company, and the performance of its duties, do not and will not violate or conflict with any agreement to which the Company is a party or by which it is otherwise bound.

5. You will not use this Website or the Services in a manner (as determined by Hostings.Info in its sole and absolute discretion) that:
• Is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity;
• Promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children;
• Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property;
• Promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited bulk email, or computer or network hacking or cracking;
• Promotes, encourages or engages in the sale or distribution of prescription medication without a valid prescription;
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity;

6. RATING AND FEEDBACK SYSTEM

You understand and agree that on the Website may be exposed reviews (positive and negative) on the use of your Company services by customers, experts that is inaccurate, objectionable, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose, and you agree that Hostings.Info shall not be liable for any damages you allege to incur as a result of their reviews. 
Hostings.Info may count the number of Company ratings supplied by the users and put it into a single rating.
The Agreement shall not be considered or interpreted in any way as an approval, endorsement or recommendation of the Company by Hostings.Info.  

7. PERSONAL DATA

7.2. By accepting these User Terms, you confirm to have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

8. THE COMPANY BUSINESS ACCOUNT

8.1. In order to gain full access and use of the Website, you must create your Company business account and register as a Company. As a registered Company, you will be able to use in some of the Services of the Website that available: receive notifications of new reviews, respond to Company feedback (content), provide additional information to the Website about your Company to participate in the ratings.
8.2. You are solely responsible for activities that take place on your business account and you must keep your account password secure.
8.3. You must immediately notify Hostings.info about any security breach or unauthorized use of your account. 
8.4. Website is not responsible for any damages caused by unauthorized use of your account.
8.5. We are entitled at any time, without notice and without prejudice to us, to delete, suspend or change your account in the event of your violation or suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law.  When we deleting your account, you will no longer have access to Website which requires your registration and/or login as a registered Company. Also, we reserve the right to delete the content (information) about the Company and from the Company. Our disclaimer applies without limitations.

THE EXECUTION OF THIS TEMS OF USEBY SUCH PARTY, AND THE PERFORMANCE OF ITS DUTIES HEREUNDER, DO NOT AND WILL NOT VIOLATE OR CONFLICT WITH ANY AGREEMENT TO WHICH SUCH PARTY IS A PARTY OR BY WHICH IT IS OTHERWISE BOUND; 
WHEN EXECUTION BY YOU THIS TERMS WILL CONSTITUTE THE LEGAL, VALID AND BINDING OBLIGATION FOR YOU.
WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THE AVAILABILITY OF THE HOSTINGS.INFO.
WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY USER CONTENT PUBLISHED ON THE WEBSITE. NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, HOSTINGS.INFO MAY AT ALL TIMES INVESTIGATE AND EDIT (INCLUDING ANONYMIZING) USER CONTENT, E.G. IF SUCH ACTIONS ARE (I) PROMPTED BY THIRD PARTY REQUESTS, (II) REQUIRED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

12. TERM AND TERMINATION

12.1 Hostings.info may, without prior notice at any time and for any reason, suspend or terminate the Company's access to the account or use of the Hostings.info Service or thereof, or terminate the Agreement. Hostings.info will notify the Customer of such termination or suspension of use.
12.2 Consequences of the termination of Hostings.info Services or the Agreement
12.2.1 Upon termination of the Agreement, the parties are discharged from any obligations under the Agreement.
12.2.2. In case of termination of the Agreement, no matter the cause, the Company shall cease use of our Services from the date of termination.
12.2.3. Termination of the Agreement, no matter the cause, will have no effect on reviews posted on our Website, and such reviews will remain on Websites until removed by the User who provided the review or by Hostings.info.

 
13.THIRD PARTY WEBSITES 

Our Website includes hyperlinks to other websites owned and operated by third parties. These links are not recommendations. We have no control over the Contents of third party websites, and we accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 

14. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Any statements or agreements made or concluded elsewhere, whether directly or indirectly, in writing, verbally or in advertising, are not binding for Hostings.Info unless Hostings.Info provides you with written confirmation.
