Business account of your Company.

Hostings.Info has right to create and fulfill profiles of Companies based on public information from different sources («Pofile»), which become publicly available for all users of Website. 
Once we have collected public information (primarily business-related information) about Company, Hostings.Info gathers and combines multiple mentions of the same Company into a Profile. Profiles are then made available to all users of our Website.
When we create Profiles about Companies, we may collect this information from multiple sources, which were valid at the time of the search, including:
Publicly-available web sources that we scan using technology or manual methods (for example, your trademark that is publicly available on the Internet that Hostings.Info is using only for the purpose of identifying you as a Company).
User contributions about companies.
Research conducted by Hostings.info.
Information given by your Company.
Other companies and data partners that license information to us.

3.2.2. Business account of your Company.

You will be given an opportunity to create a business account on behalf of your company containing your personal information. This account is required for using most Services offered on the Website. In creating your business account, you agree to submit accurate, current and complete information about yourself and keep such information updated.
When you create a business profile on behalf of your Company on the Website, we collect the following data: company name, your securely encrypted password and your corporate email address.
This information is mandatory, which means that it will not be possible to create a business account of your Company on the Website without it.
You may be required to provide us with additional information according to Services you want to use, including: website address (a domain name that is unique to your Company); year of foundation; quantity of customers; server location; actual company’s office location / official representatives; country; mobile number; corporate contact email; type of rating you want to be included in; Services you want to use, etc.
We will use personal data for the management of your account, to provide our services and to optimize our website, products and services. If you have created an account, we store your data for as long as you maintain your account and thereafter in accordance with the applicable laws.
You can choose to add other relevant company information to your Сompany’s public business profile on the Website. Hostings.info is an open review platform, therefore, please be aware that depending on the information you add to your business profile, you may or may not disclose personal data.

3.3. REPLIES TO USERS REVIEWS AND QUESTIONS

When you reply to a review made by a user about your company, or answer the user`s question as an expert, we collect the information you state in the reply, including company details.

3.4. FEEDBACK FORM

If you send us a voluntarily completed «Feedback form», we collect your email address, name, other personal data as part of your communication, as well as the content of your message itself to enable us reply to you after. We use external companies to maintain the technical operation of the Website and our services. These companies are data processors for the personal data for which we are the data controller. By accepting this Policy, you agree that we may also allow the data for which you are the data controller to be processed by these data processors.
We have data processing agreements in place with the data processors and it follows from these agreements that they must act solely in accordance with our instructions. 7. TIMING STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We generally retain personal information you provide, including your reviews, for as long as your company has a business profile or as needed to provide you with our services and to comply with our legal obligations. Where your personal information is no longer required we will ensure it is securely deleted. 
If you would like to stop us using your personal information, you shall request that we erase your personal information. We will delete this information upon your request and we will only save a log with the following information: your name, email address and the date of the deletion of your account. We will keep the log for 3 years. All other information will be deleted.
In some cases, even if your company deletes your account, we then choose to retain certain information (e.g. visits to our Website) in an anonymized or aggregated form.
We may, over time, minimize your personal data that we use and make your data anonymous so that they can no longer be associated with you. In this case, we will be able to use this information for statistical or other purposes without further notifying you, since such information ceases to be personal data.
We may retain information in a personalized form for the time that we need to, if saving is reasonably necessary:
to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal obligations;

We reserve the right to block access to your company’s business account and/or delete it if the business account or the content associated with your company’s business account on the Website is, in our assessment, discriminating, racist, sexually oriented, unethical, threatening, offensive, harassing or otherwise violates applicable laws, third party rights, or is inconsistent with the purpose of the Website. If we block access to or delete your company’s business account, we will inform you of the reason for blocking or deleting your company’s business account by sending an email to the address you provided when you created your company’s business account.
If you don’t have an account, you can email us and request information about your personal data. 
 You can find out the list of data that we need to provide to you in articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR. However, when contacting you, you must tell us your specific requirements so that we can legally be able to consider your request and provide an answer.
We will process requests as soon as possible, but at the same time we ask you to remember that providing a full and legitimate answer with respect to personal data is a complex process that can take up to a month.
