Previously the quality of the team was superb and a reason I had a number of services/packages with Strato. They have dropped any form of telephone support and this, coupled with the very unclear nature of their comms - emails rely on you opening an attachment and then login into an account mean it is now stressful to deal with them in the event of any issues. They attempt to respond to a form submitted (no ability to email support) within 24 hours, but a simple conversation that could previously have been resolved in minutes can now take days as I recently discovered.This highlights another issue, they seem to have some kind of manual billing systems which do not adequately link credit cards within an account to invoices - they only recently allowed credit cards to automatically bill year on year!
