You should buy a hosting service. Analyzing W: \, it`s clear that you experiment on a local server. We advise you to learn on a real hosting provider.
When analyzing the error,  it seems the php script can`t communicate with the MySQL server. Check whether the MySQL server is running on your computer.
Also it may be too long or an incorrect query. Try to increase the connection timeout up to 1 min. And yes, it`s better to ask the hosting provider right away. For example, we have 24/7 support which helps to resolve these kind of issues free of charge.
