The error probably means that the page is trying to perform a certain type of request to a specific file, and this type of executed query to these files is prohibited in nginx settings. If this didn`t happen before, then something changed inside nginx. Maybe the hoster changed the settings if you use shared-hosting. It could be someone who has administrative access to your server, if you use vds/vps or dedicated.
