• How to find out what configuration uses Apache-server?

How do I learn how to configure Apache? Maybe there is something like phpinfo? Because after httpd.conf changes, I do not see any changes in the settings. I rebooted the server, of course.

The question is very broad. We need more detail. If you are using a shared-hosting service, then most likely, you will not be able to configure their own apache httpd.conf or make any changes. If you use a VDS or dedicated server, then you probably didn`t change the right httpd.conf. Also, pay attention to the way apache is rebooted, it may cause some issues. For example, connecting a new module to the apache kernel will be successful only after stop/start, and a reload in this case won`t help.
