I have terrible memories from using this hosting. Technical support is rude, it takes at least five times to do everything. The site was transferred to VPS, it took about a week, and I still had to restore the site after them. And, it turned out that they also threw a virus to us as a gift. It's better not to get involved with this company at all.
We've been using their co-location services for about 5 years now, everything is good, we've had no problems yet.

Our site has been hosted by them since early 2012, there have been no problems, the email service and our site are working. We contacted technical support only once in all this time - (when we lost our password to the control panel.) The only disadvantage is that they cut you off when you have a negative balance - even if you only have -1 kgs on your balance.
We have been using the prohost base for the co-location of our server for more than 6 years. There were almost no major failures due to the hoster during this time. Uptime is high.
There was also a case when the video card on my server burnt out at night, and Vitya from prohost helped to replace the equipment quickly.
On my wishlist would be more price plans for a wider bandwidth.

I have been using hosting from Prohost since 2012. During this time, there have never been any serious problems. The support set up optimal VPS settings for my site engine, and a couple of times they upgraded and transferred VPS to newer versions of php at my request. Everything works, the speed is excellent!

We've worked with them for more than a year! The speed is normal. It works great, tech support will work with you even on issues which don't concern them.
We have a project colocated with them, it works without any problems. Because of this, I only contact tech support rarely (I set up my servers myself), but in case of hardware issues they react very fast. There are no big disadvantages, only that some of the country's providers don't want to work with them, so they cut the speed.
Our site has been with them since 2010, there have been no big problems. Tech support works, but it could be better. It would be nice to set the normal operation of CMS with scripts, because clients have to transfer projects to another hosting company. I hope that they will see this and fix the situation.
