I've been with Hostplus (Lite plan) for 10.5 years. I can give the hosting a three plus. It's a pity, I can't give them more. In terms of price and technology, everything is generally good. I can't really speak to technical support (I only needed them once, for an insignificant issue, they responded quickly), but uptime kills my good impression. It's not 99.9% as they claim. Sometimes, the site down for 7 hours and more over a month. (For example, from September 18, 2017 to October 18 there were 34 events, the site did wasn't available for a total of 7 hours 16 minutes 19 seconds, i.e. almost 1%, from October 18 to November 18, respectively 27 errors, 7 h 6 min 54 sec, 0.93%). As a result, by the time I left, (December 19), the total uptime was barely 99.5%. In addition, sometimes it was possible to catch errors that weren't recorded by monitoring: for example, the site is open, but empty (it's clear that the database doesn't work).
In fairness, two things should be noted: First, the downtime was almost never more than an hour, and more often it was a lot less, from about 5 to 30 minutes. Second, the guys recognize the problem and even extended the paid period. But their data is still much more optimistic than real numbers prove, which is what happens if you aren't monitoring enough.
In general, hosting is online, and getting better, but they need to do something about uptime. I wouldn't trust them with big, important projects.

I have been using this hosting for 3 months. I am happy with everyone. Tech support is high quality, they helped me with the move, and the site set up afterward. It seems like tech support will do even more than they have to.

Rude tech support with an arrogant attitude towards the client. I've used this hosting for two years - I had one small site. While the traffic was low, everything was fine, but as soon as it became about 40 (!) unique visitors they started pushing me to a higher plan, and in very sneaky, unethical ways. And another disavantage is that the site goes down almost every night.

I've been on HOSTPLUS for several years already. I don't remember having any problems the whole time I've been there. Excellent hosting for a good price. I recommend them to everyone.

I've used this hosting since 2010. Everything is really convenient. Prices are decent. Technical support is good (they responded quickly to tickets). My overall impression is that it's an optimum combo of price and quality. Congratulations on the anniversary and we wish you continued successful development!

This is the second year I've used this hosting company, I've had no issues this whole time. The quality is is better than the price would make it seem. Crashes did happen but they weren't critical and were corrected right away. Tech support didn't ignore a single issue, and the solutions are smart and easy to understand. I would confidently call this hosting a mid-level company (maybe a little higher).
