What makes a great provider the number one company. I don't recall ever having any unscheduled downtime. When I have run into a problem, I've either found the answer on the FAQs or forum, or they've responded within a very reasonable time. Being appropriately self-centered, I'd love to have them respond immediately, but generally within a couple of hours and normally, whatever it was is fixed on that call
