I've used this hosting company for three years and I have 3 sites, on different plans. The first year (as early as 2011), when I called tech support, they answered immediately and even called me back to tell me that the problem was solved. But this year, the tech support doesn't do anything, and I have to wait a half a day to get answers from the TICKETS or a phone call.
Today is Saturday, and 2 sites are displaying 502 errors. When I asked tech support, they told me to restore data from backup :))). Maybe on weekends there aren't enough intelligent staff - I don't know. I will wait until Monday. Conclusion: At the moment, tech support is bad.
